TrayMax™ wire basket systems feature an open welded wire mesh construction that ensures excellent ventilation, visibility, and ease of cable management. The open design allows efficient heat dissipation, simplified inspection, and flexible cable entry and exit at any point along the basket, making it ideal for installations requiring frequent changes and high airflow.
TrayMax™ wire basket systems are available in standard widths from 100 mm to 600 mm, with basket heights ranging from 50 mm to 150 mm to suit light, medium, and heavy-duty applications. Standard basket lengths support flexible and efficient installation, with custom sizes available to meet specific project requirements.
TrayMax™ wire basket systems are available in Pre-Galvanized Steel, Electro-Galvanized Steel, Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel, and Stainless Steel (SS 304 / SS 316). TrayMax™ wire basket systems can be supplied with high-quality powder-coated finishes in standard RAL colours such as RAL 7035 – Light Grey (commonly used for electrical installations), RAL 7032 – Pebble Grey, RAL 9005 – Jet Black, RAL 9003 – Signal White, RAL 9016 – Traffic White, RAL 7012 – Basalt Grey, RAL 7040 – Window Grey, RAL 5015 – Sky Blue (often used for identification or zoning), and RAL 6029 – Mint Green (selected industrial applications). Custom RAL colours are also available on request to meet specific project, identification, or aesthetic requirements
