TrayMax® cable trays are available in a wide range of material and surface finish options, including Metal, Zinc Coated Metal, Zinc-Aluminium (Zn/Al), Stainless Steel, Galvanized, and Hot-Dip Galvanized, ensuring suitability for indoor, outdoor, and corrosive environments. These finishes provide enhanced resistance to corrosion, mechanical wear, and environmental exposure, extending the service life of the system.

TrayMax™ cable trays are manufactured using high-quality metal sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm, selected based on load requirements, span, and application to ensure optimum strength, durability, and long-term performance.
TrayMax™ cable tray systems are supported by a complete range of accessories, including bends, tees, reducers, supports, couplers and safety fittings, ensuring flexible routing, secure installation, and long-term system reliability.
TrayMax™ cable trays are made from high-quality metals including Mild Steel, Zinc-Coated Steel, Zn/Al, Stainless Steel, Galvanized, and Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel. These materials ensure strength, durability, and corrosion resistance, making TrayMax™ systems reliable for indoor, outdoor, and industrial applications.
TrayMax™ cable management systems can be supplied with high quality powder-coated finishes in standard RAL colours such as RAL 7035 – Light Grey (most common for electrical installations) RAL 7032 – Pebble Grey, RAL 9005 – Jet Black, RAL 9003 – Signal White, RAL 9016 – Traffic White, RAL 7012 – Basalt Grey, RAL 7040 – Window Grey, RAL 5015 – Sky Blue (often used for identification or zoning), RAL 6029 – Mint Green (selected industrial applications). Custom RAL colours are also available on request to meet specific project, identification, or aesthetic requirements.
TrayMax™ cable trays are available in widths ranging from 50 mm to 1200 mm and side heights from 25 mm to 150 mm, allowing precise selection based on cable volume, load requirements, and installation conditions. Standard and custom lengths are available to suit project-specific needs.
