The wall-mountable network and equipment racks are manufactured using high-quality CRCA steel sheets, ensuring superior strength, rigidity, and long-term durability. The material provides excellent resistance to deformation and is suitable for continuous use in commercial and industrial environments.
The sheet metal thickness ranges from 1.0 mm to 1.6 mm, depending on rack size and load-bearing requirements. This ensures adequate structural stability while supporting networking and IT equipment safely.
The racks are designed to support standard 19 inch equipment and are available in multiple rack unit (U) sizes including 5U, 7U, 10U, 12U, and 16U & 21U. Custom sizes can also be provided based on specific project requirements.
Standard depth options include 425/450 mm, 600 mm, and 800 mm, allowing flexibility to accommodate switches, patch panels, routers, servers, and other networking components.
All racks are finished with a high-quality powder coating for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability. Standard color options include RAL 7035 (Light Grey), Black, and custom colors as per customer specifications.
Lockable front doors (glass or perforated metal), removable side panels, and adjustable mounting rails allow easy access and simplified maintenance. Cable entry provisions are available at the top and bottom for organized and efficient cable routing.
The racks are designed with ventilation slots to ensure effective airflow. Optional cooling fans can be provided to enhance heat dissipation for active networking equipment
